It's because of places like this factory outside Fort Carson that was shut down in the 90's due to the owner of the factory renting it out to gangsters from Los Santos to act as a business front for manufacturing illegal substances, illegal weapons and stuff that is best left un-named. The factory has seen its horrors since and is claimed to be haunted and paranormal activity reports are high around the area which certainly makes the place seem more haunted.
