2. Examination Background
I'd like to become a helper because ive been seeing a lack of helpers all this time and ive been trying to contribute to helping newbies by answering almost every question on the newbie channel. I think i can do a great job as i know a lot of things regarding the server.
2.2 Why should we choose you over the other applicants?:
I am very active and as i said i know a lot about the server and its very easy for me to type fast and answer the questions correctly in the newbie channel. Also I think a lot of newbies are requesting for helpers to assist them through /helpme but as we have a lack of helpers that's hard to accept sometimes when newbies are also asking question on /newb

3. Background Check
Sasha Putinn was born in San Fierro where he grew up with his family. His family had 4 members, his dad Vladimir, his mother Natasha and his brother Dimitri. His father was a trucker and he would be away from the city most of the time because of his job. His mother owned a grocery shop in the neighborhood and Sasha would help her with cleaning and refilling the items in the shelfs. Sasha hated school and he didn't get the best grades but he was average. He would play all day long on his Ybox 369. He would play racing games and one of his favourite were project racing and need for traction. He always dreamed to be a racing driver when he grew up. Because of lack of opportunities in San Fierro he decided to move to Los Santos where he would study about cars and become a mechanic.

5. Contract Agreement
- Remain active and assistant whenever you can around the map, do not ignore players that ask for your help (newbie chat is your last duty, it begins with helping around first).
- Camp newbie spawn whenever you have some free time. Make sure there is at least 1 helper at all times.
- Never rulebreak. The slightest rulebreak will lead you to an immediate removal.
- Do not leak anything from the private helper section on the forums and the /c chat. Anything said there, stays there.
- When you see an incoming helpme request, do not accept it as a PM or refer it to the newbie chat. If you can’t find a Senior Helper on /c, accept it as a PM and meet up with the player if necessary (make sure they know to NEVER refer a helpme request to the newbie chat, and focus on giving them to senior helpers).
- Senior Helpers NEVER accept help requests as a PM. Only /accepthelp for private assistance.
- Helpers do not warn abusers over the newbie chat, ignore them and let the admins deal with it (Senior Helpers mute where necessary).
- Do not provide more than 1-2 answers for the same question.
