And what kind of RP is it?

There is a 3rd party MP like SA-MP for GTA 5 coming up within 2 months.

I doubt the communities on those servers will be as good as the current SAMP ones, I'll give it a year or two until for them to develop it.

Ofcourse it will take time for good communities to come up. SA-MP didn't have great communities from day 1 it was launched. About development, I got him on skype, His name is NTAuthority (Search in google). He's a genius. Pretty good in reverse engineering. He ripped CoD MW2 code and created a game that is even better than the original. Activision sent C&D's to him so he closed down the project. Even in GTA Community, He's pretty well known. Created some plugins as well as GTA 4-MP.

AMD A6 3400m (Quad Core) at 1.4ghz.
4 GB ram.
Radeon HD Dual Graphics 6520g 1gb.

Yup, it's a laptop will I be able to run it? at least with medium settings??
