There is a specific time of submitting a helper application after your punishment list dates have been expired. You have been recently punished for LTA, DM, And most importantly Newbie Mute which is not a good thing for a staff member Especially The Helper.

very truth, lool coz y'all in PD for sure they talk the helper manager and assistant regarding to their application.
so many helpers in pd's JAJAJA even they arent fit of this possition...
