2. Examination Background
I would like to be a helper simply because i want to help the server in game (Or forums works - Suggestion ) I Observe a timezone lacking of helper/admin assistance i want to be a helper to do the least thing i can do about it, Which is helping over Newbie Channel (/Newb) and stopping the constantly abusing of Global Chat (/G).
2.2 Why should we choose you over the other applicants?:
I'm nothing different to the other applicants we have the same duty and obligations to the community which is to help the server in every way possible, But i can guarantee my loyalty and service to the community at all cost, I should be chosen among the other applicants because i have a timezone in need of helpers assistance, So i am here to volunteer my self with my own will.

Jacob El Porsche, was born on August 13, 1991 in Havana Islands in Vice City, his father works as a Captain Military Officer in Fort Baxter they live a normal and decent life.Jacob was a good and smart student and he was a Boy Scout leader when he was a kid, he experienced a arrow shooting and camping on a mountain for 2 weeks. in his high school life he spend all of his time pursuing his education and dreaming to become a police. but unfortunately his father wants him to become his right hand or his father wants him to become an military officer also.
During his college life he signed up as a military as his father wants him to become one of him. Jacob did a lot of training and physical fitness test. He had a tour in tehran for 2 months. On his day 25 on his tour, he saved over 50 civilians who were stuck inside the war zone. and after they were contacted to go at the extraction point he was shot my a 50 cal. in the head which the weapon is stolen from a soldier, luckily he survived because of his titanium helmet. He came home and received a medal of honor badge. His father became proud of him and let him to achieve his dream to become a cop. Jacob left his service at his age of 23, And started working for the Police Department of Los Santos.

5. Contract Agreement
- Remain active and assistant whenever you can around the map, do not ignore players that ask for your help (newbie chat is your last duty, it begins with helping around first).
- Camp newbie spawn whenever you have some free time. Make sure there is at least 1 helper at all times.
- Never rulebreak. The slightest rulebreak will lead you to an immediate removal.
- Do not leak anything from the private helper section on the forums and the /c chat. Anything said there, stays there.
- When you see an incoming helpme request, do not accept it as a PM or refer it to the newbie chat. If you can’t find a Senior Helper on /c, accept it as a PM and meet up with the player if necessary (make sure they know to NEVER refer a helpme request to the newbie chat, and focus on giving them to senior helpers).
- Senior Helpers NEVER accept help requests as a PM. Only /accepthelp for private assistance.
- Helpers do not warn abusers over the newbie chat, ignore them and let the admins deal with it (Senior Helpers mute where necessary).
- Do not provide more than 1-2 answers for the same question.
