if you're a cheap fuck like me, here are some ways to get the game (without a region lock) for about 30$

both websites require you to be brazilian in order for the listed prices to change; do this using hola (or an equivalent) or vpn.
turn off proxy/vpn before you enter the paypal payment process. account details have to match certain details on your paypal acc, be aware of that.

this wont get you the steam edition; but the standalone edition which can be downloaded and activated via rockstar social club

Windows 8 OS. I'm using windows 8.1 and i have no issues running this game! Perfection!

My pc can easily run it but Im facing problems with the installation.
First time I bought it, disk 7 was corrupt, second time I got an error while extracting archieve from disk 7, replaced it for the 3rd time but disk 1 was corrupt. I dont know what I'm gonna do but I so wana download it
Could the problem be that I have windows 10 and some of the archieve files from disk 7 the second time couldnt be explored on windows 10?
