Architecture involves a strange place in the life of every person in the society. Most buildings were built because of some private reasons, it could be an individual property or for business purposes. Since purchasing land and constructing buildings is expensive, the mainly concerns that do so typically enjoy the benefits of wealth and its purposes. Yet architecture, or most of it anyway, is a public good: what any one person or every family, firm, faction and or gang builds, others must live with, and often for a very long time. This situation surely produces buildings that reliably serve clients interests, but less reliably serve the public.

Interviewing Sotilis Leroy - The best Architect in Los Santos

In Los Santos, there's this one person who do most of the wonderful buildings in here. His name is Sotilis Leroy. I interviewed him at his place to gather information on what he does.
He claimed that he is the best architect here in Los Santos because the buildings that other people built are blocking things and that looks horrible.
He said that he do this out of hobby so it's free. I asked him why it's free and he said that everyone deserves a beautiful and appealing buildings and he has the freedom to choose of what to make. He added that it takes around 500,000$ to 1,000,000$ in order to make an alluring building so it really cost a lot.
For him, the happiness when he sees the one that he built around is already considered as the paid-off for what he did. What a very generous person, isn't it? Surely, it takes a lot of time and effort in making one, and yet didn't ask for a fee. He already made around 10 to 12 buildings here in Los Santos.

This picture is one of Sotilis' choice to proof that he is amazing. The small house is located near material pickup 2. Sotilis Leroy builds in the lands, buildings and houses that Toompert owns. Imagine that even the great Toompert, who is a member of the San Andreas Government, entrusted his properties to Sotilis. This shows that Sotilis has talent for building and it is undeniably true that everyone can trust him and he is never going to scam you.
Lastly, the last photo is his own choice to be shown here in which it is his own property located near the All Saints Hospital, in Market.
