The event

Dear citizens of Los Santos, dear partecipants,
We are pleased to inform you that the photographic competition #1 has been closed.
It had a decent partecipation, moreover congratulations for the photos, most of them have been beautiful and original.
Our team of workers proceeded to take the photos, check with special devices for plagiarism, and then we have started a judgement for every photo, with a rating from 1 (extremely bad) to 10 (excellent).

We are pleased to inform you that Thomas Baron, with his B/W view of the Los Santos Police Department building, has won the first prize. Congratulations!
The other photographies have been as well beautiful, we would like to say "congratulations" to everyone, for trying.
Moreover, the 2nd prize, given to the most creative image, goes to "The Proposal", the only photo with a title and with a honest "10 out of 10".
