Just half an hour before the dawn of Monday 27th, a truck containing the parts of the satellite 007-SA-SP, which is replacing the predecessor "006", left the Los Santos international airport.

The arrival at the San Fierro Space Station, also known as SFSS, should have happened at 8 in the morning. However, the authorities of the city of the Bay, received a radio message an hour before the estimated time of arrival. Here's a part of the transcription of said message, first received by the authorities of Whetstone, the nearest town from the truck, at about 6:45 in the morning.
[...]It's the driver of the truck 256, containing the parts of the 007-SA. Due to a malfunction to the power steering and the heavy fog I'm experiencing [...] I am informing you that I won't be there at 8. I might stop the truck and wait for this fog to fade away.

Hours later, another call was received by the police station of Whetstone, it was from a commuter who reported a fire coming from the gorge on the left side of the road. That fire was generated from the truck, which "had likely lost control and couldn't turn in time due to the low visibility". The driver, a forty-five year old person of German origin, is now recovered but in critical condition inside the "Dwight Heisenhower" hospital in Whetstone.

This fact is a tragedy for everyone, as it seems, except for the crime scene of the San Andreas region. The satellite was indeed going in orbit to monitor all of the illegal activities happening in the 3 cities of the state, such as armed robberies, that have increased by a staggering 138% in the past 10 years. The complex device would have alerted the police officers of a house robbery in 32 seconds, instead of the 59 seconds of the model "006".

The fact has alerted all of the gangs of Los Santos, who have received from an unknown foreign government, a supply of sub-machine guns, and the order to go and destroy the satellite parts. If the gangs manage to destroy even a small part of the satellite, still in excellent conditions due to the quality of the wrapping, the project would be delayed by months and the "delinquents" would have nothing but to party.

The site of the crash is now guarded 24/7 by the national guard, who has informed all of the citizens of San Andreas that no one is permitted to get closer than 500 meters from the area, and that any person breaking said limit may be shot on sight. The problem is that the national guard cannot take away the parts of the satellite due to the lack of a special armored truck; therefore, the government will send another prepared truck to pick up the parts, and in that moment, the national guard will be removing the "shoot on sight" warning.

The Los Santos Police Department, together with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and a few members of the Fire and Medical Department, will be on the scene to ensure that the truck is loaded with all of the security it needs, since starting from the moment that the national guard leaves, the site will be vulnerable to everyone, especially gangs, as stated above. The arrival of the police is supposed to happen at 16 o' clock, city time.

We will keep you informed minute-by-minute about this operation, as we have been authorized by the major of Los Santos, Mr. Jaspreet Singh, to get to the site and take photographs, and assisting the members of the law enforcement if necessary.
