I hereby certify that if I offend someone while being an helper again, I can be instantly kicked. I learnt from my errors...

This is it. I learnt that I shouldn't say such things. I paid the sentence with an helper team kick (not even a verbal warning). Therefore you can't blame a player forever for insulting a person over /g if he didn't know that replying to an insult leads to a helper team kick (although the player is not supposed to reply to insults tho).
