Citizens of Los Santos, as we know, Los Santos Police Department is the faction who in charge to serve and protect our beloved country from any illegal activities, such as robberies, drug dealing and even assault on other people. The LSPD is doing their best to reduce the crime rates of Los Santos in order to achieve peace and safety of Los Santos.

In order to achieve that , they will need officers with high integrity and strong sense of justice. They will need a competent officer because they will be in charge of keeping the metropolitan city safe. In order to find competent officers, they have held a Live Recruitment in their Headquarters of LSPD, near the town hall in the Commerce zone, on the 2nd of February.

The First step of Recruitment stage is Checking Stage. All participants had to stand in line while allowing the officers to frisk and check their body; in order to make sure that the participant is clean. If the participant was found out carrying any kind of illegal objects, like weapons and drugs , they would have had them automatically denied , specifically they couldn't join the Live Recruitment session again and they would have been detained as criminals. The participants have been frisked 3 times at each gates to make sure that they were clean and to proceed to the next stage.

The Second step of Recruitment stage is Interview Stage. In this stage, All participants were lined up according to their names and officers split them into 2 groups. Therefore, the director of the actions, hank Splitzer, assigned the T&R officers to each groups. There were 2 - 3 T&R Officer for each group. The T&R officers tested the members' competency and knowledge of law with some questions. Most of the partecipants have answered correctly to the questions, and passed to the 2nd stage.
The 2nd stage was regarding the Force Matrix and what should they do with matrix codes. The officer imagined a criminal case and the participant needed to be able to determine which Force Matrix level had to be used to the cases. The partecipants who passed this stage, received their badge.

The Third step of Recruitment stage is the Training Stage, and it's for the participants that passed the interview and received the badge. They have been trained by T&R officers about how they would react in certain situations and what equipment they should have according to their ranks, including the guide about how to use the taser gun properly, the equipment of weapons and selection of patrol vehicles. They have also been trained how to react to situations around the city, such as using force to suspects according to the proper Force Matrix level, Miranda Rights to suspects before arresting, etc.

After they understood the rules and regulations of PD, The officer set their patrol car and the cadets have been guided by Officers as their learning media, because practice is more effective media of learning rather than just giving a Theory. Each patrol vehicles will be given their Vehicle Identity by High Commands such as Alpha-1, Beta-2, etc.
