Unwarranted.This guy is immature and very agressive in behaviour,even a guy who is very kind enough approach him, can not keep up with their softness when he/she disagree with this guys opinion.Conclusion:Not a helper material.I have nothing to input he needs to be a "companionable" person at first before he applys for the team.
