Idk I've seen you helping A LOT from the past few months, but I am not pretty sure you know all the rules quite correctly because you have less than a month old Mutes and Prisons and almost a month old DM warn, You CANNOT apply for helper if you have these.
But as I said you help a lot over newbie and in person, So I'm neutral for now.

Even if you are helping alot over newbie or no, you will be not fit with our requirements, your punlist is very tacky, you were denied two months ago for that bad punlist, it looks like you can't get a clean punlist, sorry if that hurts you, but its the reality.
