I would like to become helper because i don't want to waste my knowlede for nothing and i want to use it to teach newbies and helping around the community/channels/peoples.

Because i want to show me knowledge and im helping poeples/newbies/channels around the community and im respecfull & active everyday. also i can speak English fluently 8 out of 10.

3. Background Check
My name is Dexter Vincre, I live in the chaotic city of Los Santos. I was born at the All Saints General Hospital by my mother Janna Vincre. My father's name is Sammy Vincre, he is a miner before.
At the age of thirteen, we need to leave the city of Los Santos because it was subdued by the gangsters and terrorists, and there's a disease outbreak there. My whole family decided to get a new life at the San Fernando's Valley. San Fernando's Valley is so peaceful, too many trees and far from the war. We have a good life there but at a young age, I need to work.
With my father, we need to wake up early every day to work, we travel from San Fernando's Valley to Red County and it takes 3 hours.
Two years later, my father suffered to tuberculosis, my job which is to farm is deficient to give him a proper medicine, so I decide to back at Los Santos.
At that time Los Santos is now peaceful, I find a job but no one accepts me because my age is not qualified.
I join in a gang. My friends teach me to kill, to use drugs etc. My future was broken.
But God not neglects me he teach me to find the proper way to live, he touches my heart. Now I have to change my life.And now I want to help people who are in need.

5. Contract Agreement
- Remain active and assistant whenever you can around the map, do not ignore players that ask for your help (newbie chat is your last duty, it begins with helping around first).
- Camp newbie spawn whenever you have some free time. Make sure there is at least 1 helper at all times.
- Never rulebreak. The slightest rulebreak will lead you to an immediate removal.
- Do not leak anything from the private helper section on the forums and the /c chat. Anything said there, stays there.
- When you see an incoming helpme request, do not accept it as a PM or refer it to the newbie chat. If you can’t find a Senior Helper on /c, accept it as a PM and meet up with the player if necessary (make sure they know to NEVER refer a helpme request to the newbie chat, and focus on giving them to senior helpers).
- Senior Helpers NEVER accept help requests as a PM. Only /accepthelp for private assistance.
- Helpers do not warn abusers over the newbie chat, ignore them and let the admins deal with it (Senior Helpers mute where necessary).
- Do not provide more than 1-2 answers for the same question.
