I just want to ask about when biography become completely OOC thing , because I see other previous candidate and the current apps are using their IC biography stories instead of OOC biography.

Well, I guess I need to create both IC biography and OOC biography just in case something happened. Thanks for reminding me :)

Helper applications are completely OOC so I don't see the point of writing anything in-characterly.
