Not sure about that one mate. Admins are hired through a proper system which was successfully executed about two months ago, such a system which does not even have 1% chance of someone's "friend" being hired just because of him.

Just like there are many types of people around, the same way there are many types of admins. We hire people but that doesn't mean we wont look at them and let them do whatever they want. They are watched very closely and every once in a while we clean the "not upto the standard" ones like I did recently. But this doesnt mean we should put a full stop and stop recruiting, nope.

We recruit 10, we watch them closely, every month we bring in the remove wave and remove 4 of the 10 we hired along with the 5 old ones who started acting lazy. I believe there is no better way than this.

If there is do let me know, along with that I can assure that our staff complaint section and each and every complaint over there is solved with the best quality and not a single wrong decision has been made there with most players being satisfied there.

"not upto the standard", how can you hire people with a low standard when they can't even speak english fluently in Player Complaints? Just like Jappy? Or even Alireza? I do suggest if you hire admins who are old school or have played atleast 2 years in Lawless.

The AM's and M's (or the Admin Personnels) are hiring 2017 players which they don't know too much about the server and still new? How about OS's? Which is unfair (in my opinion).

Also pathetic admins, just like Justin Wrzosek got banned. He's an old school player, he has been promoting lawless in his youtube channel, how could he hack? There's no way, it's just patheticness bro. Admin roster really needs to be fixed.

Lack of admin/s in Management, Assistant Management, Head Admins and Senior Admins. Lacking, yet still inactive.

There is a background check which is done before hiring them, thats all you can do and trust me or not you never know which guy will turn good or bad. There are times when you believe an admin would last for minutes in the team but they end up improving themselves to such level that they last for much longer.

Those people who are removed every month or the ones I stated not upto the standard, are the people who either mess up, go inactive or do not end up as we expected them to. But the bitter truth is you dont know how they will be until you test them out, background check tells you about almost everything. So a person whos bg check was positive can go through the system then.
