the fact that the word thunderstrike copied from other peoples applications entails acceptance in the FBI however, means it is the only way forward in attaining your spot at the Bureau; therefore regardless of whether or not it is in the handbook, its the only way to be accepted as it was originally in the handbook long ago and without it you cannot be accepted.
