1.I hold a intermediate knowledge of english and I've been here for around 4 years in various positions throughout.So it seems enough skills to be a helper material
2.Ive been a High commander in Departments and Ive been in army which is a Heavy rp based one and I hold a Angel pine id too
3. I would handle the players in a polite way as possible
4.If I met him in person,I would be his personal helper and serve him of what he lacks.If he spams in global chat,I would advise him ask questions through /new
5.For the knowledge I possess and for the days I spent here
6.Yes I do and that's why I took a way long time to apply for this position
