Yes good point. Xenforo costs money too, but the license is a one time purchase. For support and updates, it merely costs around 50-60$ as in their website, that too YEARLY not monthly Hetzner provides good ddos protection already

No no, it's much cheaper with Hetzner. We can get a pretty decent server under 50$. And am not talking out of my ass. Take for example https://www.hetzner.com/dedicated-rootserver/ex42-nvme Just 34 euros per month, with beafy server specs and good ddos protection. 400$ is clear BS

For around 32 euros per month, we could get a blazing fast dedicated server off Hetzner's Server auction. Which can host 100s of samp servers like lawless. 400$ is just pure BS. Also, this smells very sneaky, looks like a last attempt to steal some money off players and the thing that happened...
