Lucas was born and raised in Vice City alongside his brother Jordin. Both of the brothers had a dream of becoming the protectors of the country. While his brother Jordin had slid off the wrong course after his time serving within the US Navy, Lucas was fairly confident he was stronger than his brother. Right after he graduated from High School he enlisted in the Naval academy and trained to become a SEAL.

After a 10 year service, and countless missions, Lucas moved to Los Santos where he would then attempt to start a new life. His goal, getting into law enforcement in order to help keep his community safe.​
