Just mere days after the brutal death of a black citizen named Nas F Cloutz, protesters of all colors have hit the streets of Los Santos, demanding recognition of their basic human rights. Amid these protests were several destructive riots; these riots roughly cost the government 1 billion dollars in damages, hence why the government has enforced martial law and introduced new bills which gives ordinary law enforcement officers the ability to pull over any citizen without the need of any warrant for arrest.

Circulating on the internet are a few pictures of the murder of Nas F Cloutz. The following images shows an officer cuffing Mr. Cloutz and beating him mercilessly with his baton as his friend watches in despair. Witnesses say the beatings continued for three minutes straight until the suspect uttered the words " I can't breath, officer ".

A few minutes after these pictures were taken, an ambulance escorted Mr. Cloutz to the local county general hospital, where he was declared dead due to an unknown respiratory disorder. The police department released a statement, announcing that the suspect was already suffering from a respiratory condition which is what caused his death, rather than the officer's beating being the reason. When our reporters asked the county general hospital for a statement, they looked into Cloutz's records where they found no past respiratory conditions.

Mr. Cloutz's brother, George Cloutz, and his sister, Emily Cloutz were interviewed later on, where they shared their own horrendous experience they had with the police department.

Reporter:
I'm very saddened to hear about what happened to your brother, and so are many other black citizens. Are you afraid of what is about to come to the black community if the police remain this violent behavior towards black citizens?

George: Thank you. And to answer your question, yes. We, as the black community must stand in the face of these violent tyrants and make them realize that we are all citizens of Los Santos, regardless of the our skin tone. We forgive the police officer involved in the killing of my brother. We were taught from a young age to forgive and forget. But it is time for us to take a steep turn towards enforcing justice with our own hands.

Reporter: Enforcing justice with your own hands? What does that mean? Are you saying you will be punishing these officers for killing your brother if the high ranking officials don't?

Emily: Yes, that is exactly what must be done. Our voices is unheard and silenced. Our words doesn't mean *CENSORED* anymore. See it as you may, Mr. reporter, but the way we see it is we are being judged based on our race and that is called racial profiling. Los Santos was built under strong constitutional rights which gives a black man the same rights as a white man. Our constitution is being violated by non other than the ones who devoted their lives to serving the constitution.

This ignited the protests further, which in return caused further backlash from the police department. The mayor of Los Santos has declared a state of national emergency and released riot police and military personnel into the city to control the riots.
As peaceful as these protests were, multiple men and women were fatally injured due to the use of excessive violence from police officers. Unarmed protesters were shot at using tear gas and rubber bullets. The following images were taken directly from the protests.

As protests grew fiercer, with multiple police cruisers and houses set on fire, police officers started cracking down on the protesters. Multiple unarmed men and women were cuffed and beaten with no apparent reason other than the fact that a select group of protesters were acting rogue with their own will. Some witnesses also state that it was a group of undercover police officers who lit up the police cruisers as an excuse to arrest protesters. Nevertheless, Our reporters were sent to the scene where they were able to capture multiple discriminating images of undercover police officers and FBI agents beating up protesters.

In a heartbeat, these protests went from being peaceful to violent as soon as the police sirens were heard. Every day that passes by, an innocent lawful black citizen dies in the hands of these officers. Multiple Black Lives Matter activists have voiced their concerns to the nation and rallied up the country behind them.
Concerned by the uproar caused due to these acts, the mayor has released a statement condemning all the acts of violence against black citizens. Evidently it was not enough to extinguish the flames of the protests. Protesters have swore their lives to this movement, promising that this country will come out of these protests greater than ever before.

We at the SAN news headquarter value your safety, therefor we advise everyone to stay safe, stay home and keep calm during these dark times.
