A year ago to this day, a true horror was unleashed upon the community of Los Santos. The murders began on a night's eve; the first body was discovered after several days of searching, buried 3 feet deep in an abandoned warehouse. This was followed by four more brutal killings. When the Chief of Police released a statement ordering a city-wide manhunt, and falling forth all members of the bureau for his aid, the murders abruptly stopped.
Fast forward four months, dozens of corpses filled the streets. This time, it came with a twist. Clues were left behind to taunt the police department. These clues came with images of the suspected victims. They also c
ame with a USB stick which upon inspection, which turned out to be the video recording of the murder. These recordings were also later found for sale on the deep web; the first and only verifiable cases of real snuff films to this day.

To crack down on the murders, the governor issued a curfew all across the city. Cruisers swarmed the streets, patrolling every street corner they possibly could, to bring an end to this ruthless streak of heinous crimes.
Two days after the curfew, Special agent Dan Walker spoke in public, claiming victory in the form of the killer's apprehension.
People applauded the governor for his strong decisive action. The serial killer had finally been brought to justice. Or so they hoped.

Little did people know, the murders continued for days to come. A detective by the name of Jamie Ryder suspected that the perpetrator wasn't working alone. Perhaps he wasn't even the primary suspect; for all they know, the individual they locked up might have been a distraction from the ugly truth. Detective Ryder interrogated the suspect for three consecutive days. During the interrogation, the suspect broke down and unveiled the location of two bodies just 10 kilometers away from Franz's Pizzeria in Idlewood. He has also stated that the killer was a high ranking member of a local gang that goes by the name "La Raza" and even gave away the location of his hideout. At this point, out of a duty towards public awareness, SAN News became more involved in the coverage of he manhunt.

We sent out a reporter with a team of paramedics on the way to the crime scene, where they captured several pictures of the atrocious murder.

Just a couple of hours after this picture was taken, we received information concerning an additional murder - special agent Dan Walker. Detectives were able to put the pieces of the puzzle together and came to the realization that the murder of agent Walker is directly related to the serial killer. The death of agent Walker was tragic. The Federal Bureau mourned his death, proclaiming that he was one of the best field agents the bureau ever had.

Upon uncovering the whereabouts of the serial killer, a S.W.A.T team lead by supervisory agents were sent to the hideout. These agents had the full support of the government, and were guided to the warehouse armory by government officials, where they chose whatever weaponry that would fit their mission's task.

Not knowing what was about to unfold, the breach team scaled the building, and were able to jump on the two individuals who were guarding the hideout. Without hesitation, the guards were put to the ground and handcuffed.

Soon after they detained the guards, they rushed inside where they found the killer smoking out of a pipe. Fortunately for us and the team, he was unarmed. Agents were able to professionally and calmly apprehend the killer.
As he was being detained in a cruiser, an explosion of unknown origin erupted, killing the suspect and two agents.

As this year has been filled with anguish and misfortune, we urge the citizens of our city to take extra safety precautions, as this chaos doesn't show signs of stopping anytime soon. Lock your doors, border your windows. Never trust strangers whom you just met. If you ever find yourself in a critical situation, the first thing you should do is call 911.
