try using this
Code:
[SPOILER="Sample Title"]
 - Sample
[/SPOILER]
or press the button (insert) beside the "media" while posting a thread, the one that looks like a couple of lines and a arrow at the bottom and select spoiler

If you would look above the reply thing you can choose some things like Italic, Bold or Underline
You will head to "Insert" > Spoiler it will show spoiler with [ ] in it.
Just put something in it and it will look like this.
Past Roleplay Exprience
Los Santos Fire & Medical Department - Under Chloe Grace Moretz
Los Santos Rifa - Under Justin Thane
Los Santos Vagos - Under Clay Scott
Jefferson Bulevard Crips - Under Nathan Kress
Grove Street Families - Under Kai Ramirez

Or for the past names that you have in your signature:
Past Names
Anthony Tejero
Eduardo Arsenal
[Current] Leonardo Tejero

[Current]Coraje Del Diablos - Under Dan Devil

Press the "Insert" option over your comment tools box
upload_2016-12-14_17-27-16.png
After you do, you will see 4 options, choose the "Spoiler"
upload_2016-12-14_17-29-5.png
once you pressed "Spoiler", it will ask you whats the Title you wish to name your Spoiler
upload_2016-12-14_17-31-14.png
Once you choose the name, you will see this next thing:
upload_2016-12-14_17-31-28.png
The spoiler with the Title you named it, others will see it like this:
.
Now, if you wish to add things inside the Spoiler, as pictures or anything you like,
just write them between the "[SPOlLER="Lawless Roleplay"]" and the "[/SPOILER]"
if I want to add a picture for exmple, you will see it like this:
upload_2016-12-14_17-35-7.png
and this is how others will see it:
