Question:
I tried Jaim's way of increasing FPS and it only added like 10-15fps, what I need is like, an ENB that increases your fps, some mods that decrease graphics and increase FPS, I usually have 119fps but when I record it sometimes drops to 40 and it makes it hard for me to aim

2. Shrink your gta3.img using GTA Shrinker
  • Download GTA Shrinker: http://xk.hostoi.com/gtashrinker
  • Extract the file anywhere
  • Open GTAShrinkerWin.exe
  • Enter your correct GTA San Andreas main directory in first box
  • Click Shrink button to start shrinking of your gta3.img file
  • Wait till it is finished
  • Almost all your in-game textures including weapons, skins, roads, trees etc. will now be half resolution. Also your sniper crosshair will look ugly (Don't worry though, we will fix it in next few lines using TXD Workshop)
  • Download latest version of TXD Workshop from here: http://xk.hostoi.com/txdworkshop
  • Open TXD Workshop. Click Open IMG button. Navigate to your Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\models folder and open gta3.img. Type tree_hipoly19.dff in search box at bottom-left of screen. Right-click tree_hipoly19.dff in the panel above search box. Choose Replace from the menu. Replace with tree_hipoly19.dff included in this download:http://xk.hostoi.com/laggytreefix
  • Doing this will replace a laggy tree around Mt. Chilliad and Whetstone countryside areas with a non-laggy one which saves a lot of FPS from being lost in those areas
  • Type sniper.txd in search box at bottom-left of screen. Click sniper.txd in the panel above search box. ClickSNIPERcrosshair file in middle panel. Click Import button. Replace with SNIPERcrosshair file included in this download: http://xk.hostoi.com/originalsnipercrosshair . Click Save TXD button. Doing this has restored your Sniper Crosshair with original one. It won't look ugly anymore.
  • Close TXD Workshop

3. Use low quality particles and effects

4. Use Maximum FPS Timecyc
  • Download this max FPS timecyc and gta_sa.exe required to run it: http://xk.hostoi.com/maxfpstimecyc
  • Extract the files
  • Copy-paste the downloaded gta_sa.exe to \Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\ main folder. Overwrite when asked.
  • Copy-paste the downloaded timecyc.aaa file to \Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data\ folder. Overwrite if asked.

in between 10 to 30 fps increase i guess, depends on ur pc

if u got a really good pc, i doubt u'll notice any difference in fps but if u've got a shitty pc, there'll be much more of a difference in fps

by the way, i suggest using either dxtory or bandicam if ur pc is having fps drops with fraps

Disable Frame Limiter from Settings->Advanced->Display.

As we know the GTA runs DX(Direct X).The Rockstar have put a 15 ms(Millisecond) delay between each directx render calls.

So there is a program available now, it will help you decrease the specific delay code to 0 or any value between 0-15.So that you will get a big a hike in your FPS.

For dumbs -
Don't say that we can't change predefined codes in a program which was already set a default value of 15ms.The above specified software will help you change it by memory offset assigned in RAM.

PM me,If you want.As this software's availability is low over internet.Or else try searching SA FPS INCREASER.But don't end up downloading a malware or trojan.

Good day :)
